We publish our assessment outcomes every year — including the ones that make us look worse. A programme that passes everyone is not a programme.
Our standard commits us to explaining ourselves publicly if the pass rate in any class ever exceeds 85%. A very high pass rate is the clearest sign that a standard has drifted, and it is the first thing a carrier, an insurer, or a careful parent should look for.
These figures are drawn from the credential register and the assessment video archive. Any of them can be audited on request.

These are the figures we hold records for. We deliberately do not publish estimates of families reached or outcomes achieved, because we cannot evidence them.
The first Annual Transparency Report covers the 2026 calendar year and publishes in March 2027. Every edition reports the same measures, whether or not they flatter us:
Carriers, insurers, regulators, and clinical partners may request access to our assessment records, subject to handler consent and health-information redaction. We have never refused a request.
